Ray's Friendly Beach is a Vacation Rental establishment and as such all guests are required to leave the suite in a clean and tidy condition. We require a deposit of $200 as security against losses, breakages or extra clean up. We can arrange for maid service....please ask for dxetails.

We have limited parking space so there is a 1 vehicle limit. We do not allow large "Windsurf Vans". We have found that minivans do a fine job of transporting people and gear...mahalo for your understanding.

Reservation

7 day minimum stay is required at Friendly Beach unless filling a schedule gap.
25% deposit due within 7 days of reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Prices subject to 11.42% tax

Written notice of cancellation received more than 45 days prior to arrival is subject to loss of deposit. If written notice is received within 45 days of arrival date, full payment will be forfeited unless unit is re-rented.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance.

These units are subject to airport noise. Most of it stops by 10:30pm. Some people may be affected. Persons who are sensitive to noise should be advised that cancellations made upon arrival because of excessive noise cannot be refunded.
